NEW: New transaction report - pilot customers needed
Over the last few weeks, we've been sharing exciting news about the new transaction report and would love for you to be a part of pilot!
The new transaction report includes features that allow you to:
- Retrieve transactions in any 30-day window
- Download your filtered transactions
- Set your trading week and time period
- Decide which set of columns you wish to view (retail or hospitality)
In addition, we’ve also refreshed the experience and improved the speed of the report.

NEW: New methods of receiving your multi-factor authentication
Keeping your account secure is extremely important to Epos Now.
Therefore, users can set up how they want to receive their multi-factor authentication (MFA) for logging into their Back Office or My Business banking app:
- Back Office - users can set up MFA via email or SMS
- My Business banking app - users can set up MFA via SMS
MINOR FIXES
- Empty settings subsections will be hidden on devices with no options (such as peripherals when used in the browser)
- Settings added for new 2023 Countertops
- Navigation improvements for ‘Orders’ and ‘Tabs & Tables’ sections on small-screen devices
- Removed autocorrect behaviour on email input fields such as ‘Email Receipts and Pay by Link
- New ‘Labs’ feature added: “Variable weight barcodes improvements” - this changes how the Till will handle variable barcodes providing weight by placing a decimal in the correct place
- Fixed issue causing weighed products on the top level to not display their measurement scheme following a cloud sync
