Epos Now 3.9 Release Notes

Our move/merge feature has now been updated to include the following enhancements:

• Warning message when tables contain eat-out and eat-in prices - Users will now be warned that the prices will be adjusted when a table with eat-out prices is merged with a table with eat-in prices
• Warning message on unmovable items - Users will not be able to see which products can’t be moved from one table to another (including if it contains a promotion or customer credit)

• Container fees/deposit return scheme: Fixed the issue with Container Fees/Deposit Return Schemes not being included in the total of the transaction
• Updated address fields for AU/NZ accounts: All address fields on the front till and the Back Office now show the correct terminology 
• Remove the ability to set product quantity as 0 on the front till: Users will now be unable to process a transaction with a product that has a quantity of 0 (excl some weighted products). Weighed products with a 0 quantity will also be unable to be processed after the next release.
• Reporting: We have resolved an issue where the margin calculation on the Sales by Location report differed when compared to other reports in the Back Office. The calculations are now consistent across all reports.
• Reporting: To address merchant confusion regarding data in the Time Comparison report, we have updated the help text to clarify the details of the time range and data returned.
• Reporting: In the Supplier by Sales report, products with a zero total due to sales and refunds were previously not shown, even when the refund value differed. This issue has been fixed, and these products, along with their differing refund values, now appear in the report.
• Weighed products: We have fixed an issue where prices for weighted products were incorrectly displayed as single measurement units in the Stock History report. These prices now display correctly.
