  • Stock report: The stock discrepancies report previously displayed all stock changes in UTC, causing confusion when compared with the stocktake report (which showed times in local time). This issue has been resolved, and now the stock discrepancies report correctly adjusts times to the local timezone, ensuring consistency between both reports.
  • Receipts: Resolved the issue of receipts displaying the price per unit as equal to the total cost figure
  • Receipts: Resolved weighed and measured products not displaying the unit of measurement on receipts

New tronc report helps to better manage service charges and gratuity

We’re excited to announce that you will soon be able to access a new tronc report that is designed to help you better manage service charges and gratuity. This update is especially important for our UK users as it supports compliance with the upcoming tronc regulations, effective from October 1st.

The report will allow you to:

  • Select a specific time frame
  • View hours worked by employees over that period
  • See a detailed breakdown of gratuity and service charges generated

You will find this new report under Reporting > Banking in your Back Office, and it will also be available for export as a CSV file for easy record-keeping and sharing with a troncmaster.

We’re launching a pilot of this report in October, and we’d love for you to try it out!
