Following a successful launch in the UK, we are pleased to announce Epos Now Order & Pay Powered by Otter and Epos Now Online Ordering (which is replacing our Yoello offerings for new customers) is now live in Australia.

Existing Yoello installs will remain until further notice.

Key features:

• QR code mobile ordering for speed of service and automation
• Set order options including delivery, dine-in orders, and collections
• Drive up to 30% increase in upsell revenue
• Send digital receipts via SMS or email

We’re excited to announce that an upgrade for our payment terminals is available in Epos Now Labs for merchants to try.

This new upgrade helps to boost reliability and connectivity.

Currently, our payment terminals use your local network, which can sometimes have issues, especially when networks change. Using 'Payments terminal connectivity improvements' will allow the terminal to use your local network first but seamlessly switch to the cloud if needed. This means smoother transactions and fewer disruptions.

Can't access Epos Now Labs? Please download Epos Now Labs from the Back Office > AppStore. Once completed, navigate to the Back Office > Setup > Epos Now Labs.

As we continue to improve the new Product List, we are pleased to announce that merchants will now also see a category tree when viewing categories. 

This will help merchants quickly establish where the product is stored. 

With the new Tabs and Table Plan resync, you now have a timer and a resync button added to your tabs and table plan screens.

This allows you to monitor the time until the next automatic refresh and gives you the power to trigger an instant refresh with a simple click.

Staff will always have the most updated view of the table plan keeping your service running smoothly and efficiently.

Great news! All fund transfers made from your Epos Now My Business account will now only take seconds to arrive at its destination, making it easier to pay your suppliers whenever needed.

• The bank account display error is now resolved
• Improved custom date filter for easy access to all payout reports related to the selected date range
• Date and time are displayed in each transaction within the payout report
• Payout amounts will now always display a positive value
• Payout ID's are now highlighted to show that they are clickable
• Tooltip improvements on empty fields will now include a statement explaining that it will remain empty until the data is fully processed
