We’re continuing to receive lots of great feedback with the release of our Product List, thank you and keep it coming! 

In this sprint, our focus has been on making further improvements/tweaks, based on your requests.

New Product List improvements

  • The Sidekick icon now no longer covers the Apply button under the Filters menu
  • When creating a new product by copying an existing one, the new product name will include ‘Copy of’ to make it easier to distinguish the new one from the old one 
  • The Advanced button redirects to Product Beta page (when Product Beta is enabled)
  • Sale Price (excTAX) and Sale Price (incTAX) fields are automatically updated when one of the fields are changed
  • Ability to search by Description, Supplier, Article Code or Order Code
  • All data is now added to a new product when it is created by copying an existing product (does not apply to Advanced product details)
  • Fix for issue preventing unarchiving products
  • Ability to auto-generate barcodes when creating a new product
  • Improvement to the categories dropdown menu, now showing hierarchy with sub-categories within parent categories

Quickly adding a new product via the Front Till is now done via an action button. This replaces the previous functionality of either adding it via the burger menu or category grid.

We are happy to announce that we have finished the My Business app UI refresh, a project that changes the visuals in some parts of the app to improve the user experience. All the changes can be seen in the Home page and Account pages.

In addition, users will now also see fraud warning messages while creating a payee. This will help ensure that users are kept safe while transferring money.

  • Till: Resolved issue of the move/merge actions updating when using multiple devices
  • Orders: Resolved the issue of completed order duplication when a table is open on multiple devices
  • Orders: Resolved order not updated when resuming an order that was put on lay-away (when the order was updated on another device)
  • Reporting: Customer report and invoice printouts include Back Office icons
  • Bookings App:  Missing Spanish translation and errors when setting or editing filter has now been rectified
  • Purchase orders: Resolved the issue of purchase order notes disappearing
  • Products: Rectified issue of Sell on Till was defaulting to off when creating a new product
