NEW: Manager Override has now launched!
We are excited to announce the launch of the Manager Override feature.
Manager Override is the new unlock license feature that allows staff members to unlock devices with permission from a manager - making it easier and faster to unlock your tills when you reach your license limit.
Now, you will be able to unlock your till through the till itself and get back to trading without needing to go through the Back Office, improving efficiency for our users.
This feature will be progressively rolled out to all customers over the coming week (account-managed customers will be consulted before roll-out).
Here's how you enable this feature:
1. Go to the Back Office > Staff Roles
2. Enable Manager Override
NEW: Tender Management is now live!
We are excited to announce the release of a new feature that allows for greater control over the tender types visible on each device.
Business owners can now limit specific tender types on ordering tablets, for example, giving them more flexibility and control over their point-of-sale system.
To enable this feature, go to:
Back Office > Setup > Tender Type
NEW: Epos Now Payments is now available on iOS
Previously, Epos Now Payments was only available for integration with Android devices. With this new release, it will also be compatible with iOS devices.
If existing Epos Now Payments customers want to integrate their payments device with their iOS device, they will need to update their iOS POS app.
MINOR FIXES
- Resolved the issue of product list export file missing the colour field
- Table plan disappearing on some devices when some transactions have an error is now fixed
- Fix deployed to resolve the issue of some customers being unable to access certain customer accounts
- For customers who are on our new banking platform: we’re more accurately capturing the Payout ID within the Epos Now Payment Payout Report. The transactional information that you receive with this fix will help you more easily reconcile the payouts into your bank account.
- Stop dashboards running automatically - Fix put in place to optimize the customer experience for customers with larger data sets. These customers will now see a loading indicator when they run the dashboard.
