Salesforce Product Owner/Manager

Job Brief

We are looking for a full time, seasoned Salesforce lead, preferably with experience with Salesforce CPQ applications to guide the company’s Salesforce instance and vision.

This strategic role will carry the responsibility of overseeing and administering the lead acquisition process. The Salesforce Product Manager will manage a team of administrators, all major integrations to the Salesforce platform, and coordinate cross-functionally to ensure business needs are met and, ideally, exceeded.

Role responsibilities for the Salesforce Product Owner/Manager:

• Working with other teams to provide guidance on data integration into Salesforce
• Collaborating and working cross functionally with sales, developers/engineering teams
• Implementing data-driven business decisions to meet analytical and operational reporting needs supported within the Salesforce platform
• Developing reports and dashboards with standard Salesforce Lightning reporting
• Utilizing data visualization tools (e.g., Salesforce, Einstein Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) to make strategic improvements
• Taking ownership over the Product vision to ensure that it aligns with the overall Product and company vision
• Building trust with stakeholders
• Crafting a Product delivery strategy that aligns with the Product roadmap
• Making tactical prioritization decisions to ensure all stakeholders are aligned, have context and understand where you are going
• Being a subject matter expert in the domain, the market, and the trends
