NEW: Moving part of a table or tab
We’re excited to announce an update to the move/merge feature. With this release, you can now transfer specific items from one table or tab to another without needing to move everything.
This means items can be easily moved to a different table without the need to delete and reorder them.
Please note that there are some limitations when moving part of a table or tab, especially when customer credit or discounts are involved.

NEW: Tipping/tronc report is now live
As per the last release, our new tipping/tronc reports now live! Use this report to help you better manage service charges and gratuity.
The report will allow you to:
- Select a specific time frame
- View hours worked by employees over that period
- See a detailed breakdown of gratuity and service charges generated
You will find this new report under Reporting > Banking in your Back Office.

NEW: Stock management (Beta)
After much feedback from our Epos Now Community, we’re excited to announce that our new stock management page will soon be going into beta testing.
Our revamped stock management page will help you to:
- See all products where stock is being tracked
- Easily adjust quantities, cost price, as well as minimum and maximum stock amounts
- Track total cost of products, quantities of on-order amounts, and much more
- Filter by low-stock items, suppliers, categories, and all of the other ways you track stock
We are looking for pilot customers to test the page, so if you are interested please let us know!

ENHANCEMENT: Epos Now Facturación (Mexico only)
We have reworked the onboarding and support process for the Epos Now Facturación integration based on feedback from customers.
Over the past few weeks we have reworked the process and created new guides to help merchants onboard. They have also introduced a chatbot and FAQ section to the customer’s portal to provide quicker assistance.

MINOR FIXES
- Support page - Updated support module for ease of use and quick access to the Support Centre from other devices.
- SMS receipt options - Added for AU and NZ the SMS receipt options on the merchant-facing receipt screen
- Cash counting - Cash counting is now enabled for the New Zealand Dollar
- Updated address fields for AU and NZ accounts - now localised to use the correct terminology for the region
- Clocking slips role permission - added the ability to disable the feature so it doesn’t appear on the front till
- New Product List - Generate barcodes within the Product List - now available for existing products as well as via Quick-Add
- New Product List - Columns are automatically saved on new Product List

Transaction Report - We have enabled sub-logins for administrators with location-based restrictions to access the new Transaction Report. This update ensures that users only see information they are authorised to access.

Transaction Report not displaying on large-screen devices - We fixed an issue where the Transaction Report was not displaying on large-screen devices in the Windows POS application.

Report Settings page on small-screen devices -
On small-screen devices, the Reporting Settings page did not display a scroll bar, making it difficult for users to navigate. This issue has been resolved, allowing full-page navigation. -
Time zone support for dashboard email scheduling - We have resolved an issue affecting Australian and New Zealand customers where scheduled dashboard emails did not account for local time zones, causing incorrect delivery times. The system now accurately calculates and sends emails based on the customer’s configured time zone.
- Extended timeout duration for the Void Report - The timeout period for the Void Report has been increased from 30 seconds to 60 seconds to improve performance and accommodate larger data sets, reducing the likelihood of timeout errors during peak load times.
- Sidekick button - Moved the Sidekick button to prevent it from blocking products on the new Product List page
