Epos Now 3.11 Release Notes

We’re happy to let you know that we have now introduced a payment service provider (PSP) reference to the Transaction Report. 

The PSP reference will help customers reconcile transactions and payouts more easily by marrying up the reference numbers.

This release includes three small improvements to the Move/Merge feature.

• You will now see a warning when merging two tables with either one or both tables including a promotion
• When moving part of a table/tab, you can no longer move an item if it’s included in a promotion (preventing the original table from displaying an incorrect price) 
• Showing tab numbers on the move/merge modal

• Reporting - Gratuity Report Tenders Column: We have fixed an issue where, if a transaction which included a gratuity amount was paid using two different tenders, the "Tenders" column in the gratuity report would appear blank. Now, when multiple tenders are used, the "Tenders" column will correctly display 'Multiple.'

• Reporting - Help Text for 'Paid Transaction' Report: Based on customer feedback, we have updated the help text on the 'Paid Transaction' report to clarify that any pending 'Pay By Link' transactions are also included in this report. For the future we are looking at releasing a dedicated 'Pay By Link' report in the Back Office.

• Reporting - Non-Numeric Table Names in the Transaction Report: In the new Transaction Report, we resolved an issue where non-numeric table names were not displaying correctly. This has now been fixed, and all table names will appear as expected.
