Included in this release:
NEW: New transaction report - pilot customers needed
We’re excited to share the new transaction report with hundreds of pilot customers.
The updated report allows you to:
- Retrieve transactions in any 30-day window
- Download your filtered transactions
- Set your trading week and time period
- Decide which set of columns you wish to view (retail or hospitality)
In addition, we’ve also refreshed the experience and improved the speed of the report.
Sign up now to be considered as part of our pilot and we will contact you when the report has been activated against your account.
FEATURE ENHANCEMENT: Kitchen Display Screen is now in beta!
Lots more fixes and enhancements to our new Kitchen Display Screen.
We’ve improved multi-KDS syncing and helped stabilise the connection between multiple Tills to the KDS. Ticking off items and orders has never been faster and more reliable.
We are making great progress with gathering feedback and are looking to do a full rollout in the coming weeks.

FEATURE ENHANCEMENT: Tours & Guides updated with new look and content
Following last release's announcement of refreshed and updated Tours and Guides within our Resource Center, we have now added a few more topics.
Here are the new additions:
- Add a new tax rate
- Add a refund reason
- Add a tender type
- Add a customer
- Multiple Choice Products
Find these Tours and Guides in the Resource Center or in your Back Office within the blue circle menu at the bottom right of the page.
MINOR FIXES
- Till settings: Maintenance settings have been regrouped into their own subsection
- Till settings: "Enter till by default after login" moved to the "General tab"
- Refunds are now followed with a confirmation of whether it was processed successfully or not
