NEW: Epos Now Referral Scheme Launched in Spain & Canada
Merchants can now refer industry peers to Epos Now through the Referral Scheme.
The simple-to-use platform allows Epos Now merchants to earn €250 in Spain or CAD $400 in Canada for every referral that gets approved. Plus, the referred business will get 20% off retail prices.
The Epos Now Referral Scheme is:
- Easy to use - Receive a unique URL that you can share on your social media or via email.
- Fully automated - See all your referrals and their status in one place including automated payouts.
- Unlimited rewards - Refer as many businesses as you like and earn €250 or CAD $400 for every approved referral.

FEATURE ENHANCEMENTS: Stopping dashboards running automatically in the Back Office
In our previous release notes, we highlighted that we had launched a feature to stop unnecessary reports from running automatically when you open the reports page. We have now added this same feature to Dashboards.
To run and update your dashboard, navigate to your dashboard and either select your preferred filters or click the 'Apply' button.
The dashboard will then run and retrieve your data as normal.
If you wish for your dashboards and reports to run and retrieve the data automatically when you open the page, you can turn this feature back on in the setup page:
Go to Setup > Company Details > Untick the box titled 'Do not run reports on initial page load'
MINOR FIXES
- Fixed issue causing the “Resend Order” screen to not display correctly on smaller screen devices.
- We have updated the headers in the Time Intervals report - Column header ’Voided Value’ has now been changed to ‘Deleted/Voided Value’, as this column combines both ‘voided’ and ‘deleted’ items.
- Spanish receipts now display 'numero de factura' instead of 'invoice number.'
