NEW: Bespoke Epos Now Capital offers for UK and US customers
For UK and US customers who are eligible, we’ll be adding a bespoke offer on the homepage for Epos Now Capital.
Our Capital service can help you further invest in your business. Repayments are taken automatically as a small percentage of your card transactions, meaning you can repay as your customers pay you.

NEW: Pay by Link email and SMS receipt templates
For our Epos Now Payments customers, we’ve updated the look and feel of email and SMS receipts for Pay by Link transactions.
We enable merchants to easily create and send payment links to their customers directly through the POS, allowing them to make payments in a quick and simple way.
The new emails will be more detailed and will inform you of your order details so you have all the information that you need before making a payment.
When customers click on the link, they will be taken to a secure payment page where they can enter their payment information and complete the transaction. The payment will be processed through our secure payment system, ensuring that both the merchant's and the customer's information remain safe and protected.
Our Tips feature on split bills is now available globally.
We had previously limited its availability to ensure that we were compliant in specific markets and to ensure that we met our customer's requirements.
FEATURE ENHANCEMENTS: Receipt tip line has now moved lower for split bills
We've made a small change to the layout of our receipts to make it easier for our customers to leave a tip on split bills. We have moved the tip line from the middle of the receipt to the bottom, near the total amount due.
The new tip line location is more intuitive for customers, as it allows them to easily see the total amount due and then decide on an appropriate tip amount.
This change should make it easier for customers to leave a tip, which will be appreciated by the hardworking staff at your business.
FEATURE ENHANCEMENTS: Product not found alerts
When a barcode is scanned or entered into the till - and no match is found, a short alert sound will play coinciding with the display of a reworked error message.
This feature is now available on all devices that have speakers. Terminals such as the C15w, C15s, and older models will require external speakers.
MINOR FIXES
- Epos Now Payment Payout Report - we’ve improved the matching logic between transactions and payouts in this report. The change helps a small number of merchants who may have had difficulty reconciling payouts with transactions from the same period.
- Update to order printer and receipt printer wizards, allowing for better scanning and new instructional screens to direct setups
- Fixed printer wizard issue where manually entered IP addresses would show as incorrect when attempting to process using ‘enter’ on the keyboard
